1. Uptime Commitment
SambleCloud guarantees 99.99% network and power uptime across all data center locations, measured on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance.
2. Service Credits
If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed threshold, eligible accounts receive service credits proportional to the downtime, applied automatically to the next billing cycle.
3. Scheduled Maintenance
Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via the client area and status page, and are excluded from uptime calculations.
