1. Acceptance of Terms
By provisioning or using any SambleCloud service — including Minecraft Hosting, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Discord Bot Hosting, Web Hosting and Game Hosting — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable Use
Services may not be used to host or distribute illegal content, launch attacks against other networks, or violate the intellectual property rights of others. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Billing & Renewals
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of the affected service after a grace period communicated at checkout.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime as described in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance via the client area and status page.
5. Termination
You may cancel a service at any time from the client area. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms.
